Where Do You Ship From?
All orders ship from the Republic of Ireland via An Post or DPD, tracking numbers provided for every order 

Can I Change or Cancel My Order?
To ensure fast processing, please request any changes or cancellations within 8 hours of placing your order. Requests after this time may not be accepted. If your order has already been shipped, you can return it for a full refund after delivery.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and PayPal

When Will My Order Be Processed?
Orders are processed between Monday and Friday, typically within 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped the day after processing. Please note we do not ship on weekends. Processing times may be longer during holidays or sale periods.

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?
Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 days within Ireland.

What Warranty Do Your Products Have?
Our products come with a two-year warranty. If there are any issues, we will cover the freight costs for repair or replacement.

What If I Don’t Receive My Order?
If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I Be Charged VAT?
No, VAT is not charged on purchases.

What If The Item(s) I Received Are Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged?
If your order is incorrect, missing items, or defective, please contact us immediately. Include your order number and photographs of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

When Will I Receive My Refund?
Refunds are credited to your original payment method. For credit or debit card payments, refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear on your account after we receive the returned item. Please contact your card issuer if you have questions about the refund timeline.
