These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made on www.readywatt.ie. We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.
2. Products & Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure our product descriptions and images are accurate. However, slight variations may occur. If you receive an item that does not match the description, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement (see Returns Policy).
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Euro (€). We accept major debit/credit cards and PayPal. Full payment must be made before your order is processed and dispatched.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days in Ireland. Delivery times may vary during holidays or busy periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or external factors.
5. Cancellations & Returns
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. After this, cancellations may not be accepted. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
6. Warranty
All products are covered by a 12-month warranty. If you experience an issue, please contact us and we will arrange for repair or replacement, including shipping if required.
7. Limitation of Liability
ReadyWatt.ie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Always follow the manufacturer's guidelines for safety and proper usage.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Irish law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
